Freelance designer 2010-present

Working directly with clients and through agencies, I've taken on a wide variety of projects with scope ranging from one-off designs to ongoing hourly or per-project contracts.

The majority of my freelance work is completed remotely with client meetings as needed. In-office work available on request. Availability for new projects varies depending on capacity.

Fifth Third Bank { Cincinnati, OH }

Designer 2018-2025

Successfully prevented over $2 million in fines while leading accessibility remediation effort to reach AA WCAG standards under a tight timeline. Coordinated with vendors, educated internal teams, researched instance-specific issues, updated standards and guidelines, implemented assistive device testing, and coded complex front-end solutions.

Continually increased Acquisition Offer conversion rates as a founding member of the Optimization team. Proposed test concepts to improve user experience, built prototypes, conducted testing, implemented personalization in authenticated spaces, supported AEM Target integration, and assisted with rollout of new components.

Developed design libraries for digital channels, improving handoff between design and dev with mockups more accurate to the code base.

MediaBox { Remote Freelance }

User Interface Designer 2016-2017

Defined and standardized visual elements and provided interface direction for new functionalities, helping users navigate royalties, approval, and asset management for licensed products.

Quality Gold { Fairfield, OH }

User Interface Designer 2013-2017

Created ecommerce UI elements, site layouts, and standards for QGold and its brands. Introduced new processes and streamlined workflows, making it possible to actively maintain more sites with existing resources.

Handled all creative needs from concept to execution for this healthcare staffing firm and its subsidiaries: writing/editing copy, responsive web design, HTML email builds, and creating brand standards.

Designed campaign concepts for non-Apple locations to be easily applicable to a variety of environments globally. Also created t-shirts, posters, motion graphics, and storefront concepts.
